How the New EU Regulation 1020/2019 Affects Manufacturers and Sellers

See below a video recording of the presentation I did earlier today for the Holland International Distribution Council about the new EU Regulation 1020/2019. While this regulation is mainly focused at strengthening market surveillance in the EU Member States, the EU did use the opportunity to introduce some requirements that affect trade from countries located outside of the EU. If you are shipping from outside the EU to customers inside the EU, you may want to pay close attention to this Regulation.
